This role requires the holder to source entertainments for the 20 minutes before the interval and main feature film. The theme of the main film should be echoed in either live entertainment or short films. The selection of material is passed to the videographer for assembly into the playlist that is passed to the projectionist.

A selection of tunes themed to match the main feature film are assembled into a playlist to be passed to the Videographer.

Taking input from the Shorts and Music Curators, the Videographer produces a package for the projectionist comprising entrance music and slide show, shorts reel and interval videos, and main feature.

Compiles and designs our regular email updates, sharing upcoming screening details, volunteer news, and community stories with our subscriber base. Maintains the recipient database.

Posters for the shows are printed on A3 card and laminated. The street side sign at Sunnyside Hall is updated with the coming four shows. Also the external noticeboard at the hall has two A3 posters containing coming four shows. The Wednesday before a show a poster pole and banner are erected outside the United Reformed Church, and the Sunday before a show is when posters are put up by the ATM outside OneStop.

Currently each film is advertised on Nextdoor, Instagram, and numerous Facebook groups. The holder of this role typically creates a 90 second trailer video to post alongside the text picked up from the web page relating to each film.
