A week before the show an email is sent to all on the distribution list with a synopsis of the film, a trailer link, and details of future shows. This is done in Mailchimp by creating a new distribution list for each film taken from the spreadsheet, then replicating an earlier message.
Online events are created to advertise the show. These are currently in Facebook, Evensi, Google, Freegle, Kentonline, WhereCanWeGo, VisitTunbridgeWells, Nextdoor, and Skiddle. Occasionally a Facebook promotion is bought for £5.
A few days before a show the Facebook event is shared to related groups such as Events in Tunbridge Wells and Kent, Rusthall Bonfire and Fete Group, Groombridge Community, Kent Arts and Culture Events, My Tunbridge Wells Network, Tunbridge Wells Film Club,
